Across the Midwest, the forecast is always bleak this time of year. And we don't just mean the weather. One of the time-honored traditions of college football's bowl season is the sight of droves of Big Ten snowbirds sitting glumly in their seats as their Buckeyes, Hawkeyes and Golden Gophers get stomped.
